We are strong people because despite having so much pain and feeling deeply, we can still feel our emotions without taking it out on other people, or managing them through unhealthy distractions. We still function and do everyday things despite feeling so deeply. Our sensitivity makes us aware of what life is actually about, what truly matters. We feel fulfilled in our souls through empathy and connection, that many people mistakenly look for in materialistic things and can't find it. Our empathy makes people feel seen and that they matter, which makes living a fulfilling experience. Our ability to feel reduces pain and it makes the world more peaceful, calming and beautiful.

Yesterday i was wondering.. WHY I am so sensitive? Is that a weakness but today this video popped up in my feed . Feeling like god is giving answer to my question. What i have understood as being a sensitive person is---- Being sensitive is not a weakness Being sensitive is a power . Because you can feel the pain that people have very deeply and also you can feel the happiness more deeply. It's like to whoever you're connected to you will love them deeply. Its never going to be fake inside and outside. Sensitive people are rare nowadays... So , if you're sensitive then embrace it ! But one thing you should remember is that, If you're sensitive then people might just use you , so always examine the situation and if you feel like someone is using you then take a step back . Otherwise being sensitive is a power!! (Please ignore if there is any grammatical mistake ,my mother tongue is not English :) )
