APS worker's should be held accountable when they abuse their powers ! The public is unaware if an APS worker has ever been held accountable. And if they're not a message should go out to all APS and CPS workers that misuse of their authority will not be tolerated! When the public sees abuse of their powers will not be tolerated, the public will have Trust in the system.

The principal made me a power of attorney and that’s why because he trust me and I’m very good to him and I protect him and I look out for him, so how can somebody say well we’re going to suspend your power of attorney because we don’t agree and we want to give him a guardian and take him away from you when the man saying he don’t consent to their services and he wants me looking out for him that I’ve been good enough, and did nothing to him and even been able to use her even use the power of attorney because he still competent, so what are do you do in that case? I’m 55 years old. He’s 73 years old.

Do you know an elder advocate in Broward county, Florida, that handles these types of cases where the person has a power of attorney and they’re trying to take the power of attorney away and put a guardian, and when this person they want to take care of them, their power of attorney

How does it work if you're not made aware? The person with fiduciary duty teams up with others for an inheritance that the beneficiary wasn't made aware of... and documents have been changed.

12:11 a judge should recognize if overly restrictive: 12:53 cannot be imposed if there is a lesser restrictive alternative available. 19:36 voluntarily 19:51 the right to make bad decisions just like anyone else. Oh dear; how does one deal with a judge that seems to be one of the bad actors?

If a judge has committed professional misconduct the response is to file a complaint with the Judicial Tenure Commission. If it is not misconduct but you disagree with the decision the response is to appeal the Judge’s ruling.

@@miattygen doesn’t one have to be a member of the court to do that? A judge or another attorney? We do see on KZbin it does happen, but we also see/hear where families have reached out for help and been denied.
