@Qiuhui Wang Yeah and kindest people that had nothing but love in their hearts and never purposely hurt other innocent people like Ruyi, Ling Yunche and even Consort Shu got treated so bad and have been wronged many times by other people 😭 Maybe that’s what makes some of other people in the harem can turn ruthless and played dirty (eg: Hailan..she’s basically a good person but when the push comes to shove she’ll use any way to make it happen)

@@MissLaraAshcroft What bad Hailan do ? She was basically billed and after giving birth to an emperors son abandoned by him because if strech marks. All she did was for safety if her sister ( Ruyi) . By the time the Ling was tortured etc there was no way of saving him ...And she did get her wengence in wei in the end .

She also place the reeds that triggered 2nd prince’s (Empress Fuca’s son) asthma that eventually led to his death As for Ling Yunche, Ruyi already set up a plan to smuggle him out to live freely but then Hailan took the matters in her own hand to kill him ‘to make Emperor believes Ruyi again’ (which in the end turns futile since Ruyi & jerk Hongli’s relationship still went downhill) Did all that make Hailan an *evil* person? No. The ‘good’ intention is there, she’s devoted to Ruyi and some of the ‘victim’ arguably deserved it and some, not. After spent years of being timid and bullied, she rises up fiercely

其實每個人心裡都是有善有惡的，只是多跟少的差別，炩妃也是的，只是在每一次選擇中，她選擇成全自己，犧牲別人，慢慢鑄成大錯，反正已經犧牲了那麼多人，一錯再錯就慢慢不在意再犧牲更多的人了，她一開始也不是多壞的人，有時候被放到某些位置後，就很難再回頭了，有善有惡才是人性，沒有一個惡人是全然的惡的。
