Tip for Rank 1 Koopinator fight. Quake Hammer flips him on his back an reduces his Defense to 0. Makes the fight much easier to beat him.

In a lot of cases when I am looking for a quick guide I prefer no voices. But 1. Your narration is simple yet very detailed and 2. It male it much easier to follow along on a playthrough like this one when you're explaining what you're doing as you go. Especially if I gotta rewind or go back

If for some Reason you are having trouble with Rawr Hawk dude, There is a Life Shroom in the locker RIGHT BEFORE you enter the bathroom to go thru the pipe. It saved my life, might help you too

I finished the game yesterday 😪 which got me thinking, if Nintendo was willing to skip the first paper Mario in favor of the thousands year door I have a hopes for this franchise in the future! Looking through the artwork for this game puts a huge smile on my face and clearly the developers put a lot of TLC into this glorious masterpiece!

Glitz Pit is perfect. It is sandwiched between the two worst chapters in the game (Boggly Woods and Doopliss). I love the WWE/MMA comparison and Grubba basically being a mish mash of Vince McMahon and Dusty Rhodes. The crystal star being the WWE title is chefs kiss!

One thing I never got. Bowser clearly didn’t know Mario was in Glitzville until the Epilouge of Chapter 3, but we battle him during Chapter 3. The game never explained this in the original.

Power bounce is one badge I don't use for the reason it is too hard for me to use effectively. I gust go with jumpman spike shield and power plus. I also use the flower saver to drop it to 1 fp.

Idk why but Rawk Hawk gives me Guzma vibes. I think it’s because “feel that RAWWWWK” and “the hated boss that beats you down, and beats you down and never lets up. Yeah! Big Bad Guzma is here” give me similar vibes. Idk how a long quote and a short quote give me similar vibes but they do

Its probably not needed, but you can farm the Chain Chomps for like 12 Star Points over and over again, and earn 10 coins with an exhibition match. Just using Yoshi, and Gulp then Hammer with Mario, pretty quick and easy can get a level in like 7 minutes. Just, an Idea if you want to grind out a bit more.

I enjoy the voices but I do think they can be trimmed down a bit. Keep the main plot points and funny parts, then cut off everything else to keep the videos a little shorter and your sanity more intact lol 👍🏻 loving the walkthrough so far, one of my favorite gamecube game growing up but never 100%’ed it

for the missing ones in chapter 3 beat the game then return to the glitz pit and fight king mush and the missing ones in chapter 4 go to the building you beat doopliss in and wait for the boos to grab on to you and smack them with your hammer then a boss fight will start I might have missed some but I hope this helps you!

I really wanted to get this game but cutting the fps to 30 from 60 and asking $60 for a bit of extra polish for a 20 year old game that was $40 back then is a no from me. Thankfully I have the gcn version still.

They had no choice from what it seems like because otherwise certain parts of the game just couldn’t run if it was at 60fps, especially the massive scenes containing loads of characters rushing at Mario. The switch can’t handle that power. So fair enough, but I think they had no choice about the frame rate

It's a full remake. Ground up. New OST, new graphics, new everything. It runs great at 30fps too! You should get it, it's a great faithful remake! Best 60 bucks I've spent in a long while!

There are game i play on PC that if it's 30FPS it is a nightmare and vastly different from 60. This game's 30FPS is REALLY not bad at all, the fun constant sway that every character has still feels exactly the same. really the only difference is that in battle there is 1/60 second increase to hit a guard or superguard. Superguards used to feel inhuman to me. it feels slightly more achievable now
