Ultimately a company's worth is only really in its profits for an investor, networth and turnover don't matter if the profits don't exist.

Touker probably would have insisted he wants 7.5% each at 15%. Going in at 10% each (total 20%) right away with an offer already on the table for 10% is factually terrible negotiating. She cut the value of her company in half compared to stevens offer without hesitation. Utterly bizzare. Ask yourself honestly, do you think she could have gotten a better deal there? 100% yes.
