I can’t go without a big bathtub in the master bathroom. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bubble baths are my favorite. Other than that, it’s an amazing home.

It is a lovely home. I’m not sure that I would change a thing. The den area could easily become a music room. I can picture my guitars hanging on the walls. The upstairs area has so many possibilities!!

Hello, Nate! Good video. Beautiful house. And bigggg! #1) My husband says he could use that big upstairs section as a Gym. He would have to have the flooring reinforced and probably soundproofed, as he uses lots of free weights as well as machines. But it would probably be big enough if the ceiling is as high as you think it is. The other side would Becky Library Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace with a carpet in the sitting area. Plus we'd need a half bath up there. I'd have to put in a stairway lift on the stairs. Cheaper than an elevator, and also, not sure where we'd put an elevator. #2) I'd put a gas fireplace, or wood-burning stove in the living room. Nice there's a coat closet. #3) In the kitchen I don't usually like the sinks being in the island, but as this is a built-in island, it looks very nice. But we don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in more cabinets. I'd want a gas cook stove. Like the Pantry! #4) The Den I would use as my Music Studio Room, and soundproof it. Of course a door would have to be added. #5) In the utility room, I would remove that cubby stuff just inside the door and use the area for an upright freezer. The sink area in there I think I'd remake that area into a pet shower. A garage would go at the back doors close to the washer and dryer. I think I would close off the other outside door in there. #6) In the Dining Room I'd take one of those windows and make it a door. We'd want an enclosed deck/porch out there, just to sit out, or cook out on and eat out there. #7) Carpet in the Living Room and Bedrooms and the sitting area in my Library only. Porches and/or decks all around the house to the garage. enclosed or just covered. As I said, Nate, beautiful place and a very good video. God bless you and your family. By the way, tell Chance that if he used that upstairs space for a basketball court, he would have to reinforce the floors and soundproof the floor and walls at least! If you play pool you could also put a pool table up there.

Hello Nate!!! I would need a soaking tub; gas stove and fireplace (wood burning is fine too); all LVP flooring; squared sinks and wood racks in closet… I would make the den my formal living room; change the dining room area and use the rest of the space as my family room and put a kitchen table in it. I would also upgrade the shower heads and put tile shower in instead of fiberglass. Blessings to you and your family Nate. Miss Teena

That's the biggest Jack n Jill bathroom I've ever seen. Great bedroom and closet sizes. Great laundry room. I'd have to have a bathtub in the master bathroom. The upstairs space is amazing. It would be perfect for adult child, in laws. That pricetag OUCH 😳. By the time land, set up and power connection etc it's half a million! This inflation and those that contributed need to go on
