I just finally got to watch this video as I just got home from the hospital after delivering my son 4 weeks early by emergency c-section on 1/11. I am feeling all the emotions from this! My little guy is in the NICU but hopefully coming home soon. Definitely struggling with the recovery of surgery, but overall even mine being emergency I would say was an overall positive experience. Anything to get our babies here safely! Thank you for sharing your story 🩵

It’s amazing to me how some people let so many visitors in the hospital! Especially bringing in little kid. I didn’t want anyone in the hospital room visiting until I got home. I wanted a natural vaginal birth and had an emergency c section 12/6 because my baby’s heart rate decelerated and I had complications immediately after the surgery and following. (High blood pressure, fever, vomitting) Then for the first 3 weeks I had breast feeding issues. I have post partum depression from it all. We tried transitioning to by heart but now on a dairy free formula due to tummy issues :( he has so much gas. We’ve tried to many different bottles and gas drops. I’m praying it gets better and I can love motherhood. I know every situation is different but you seem amazing and I’m happy for you ❤️
