Informative, but I point is missing. The rental income getting (since it is not occupied by the owner) approximately Rs. 8,000 (initial period)-15000 (final period)/month. Total-25lakhs So people who can generate 1/3rd of EMI as a rental income and also in the 30% tax slab can make it profitable. So net saving in the given example is 25L+9L=34L.. 4 lakhs more than what u pay as interest. (Without considering any 80C benefit ) Please comment sir.

If u given this house for rent..that income should also mentioned...at last the value of house after 20 year must be included ..then it will be a great deal

appreciation always varies depends upon the growth of that area. and one more thing if you are doing an SIP of rs 23000 for 20 yrs (23000*240) at 12% growth it will fetch you around 2.3cr
