Happy to have found you ladies! We're so excited about this show and can't wait to hear our Alanis bops. The set budget comments had us laughing. The budget went to music licensing, probably. Lol Thanks for the review! New subscribers over here. :)

For me I thought the minimalistic set worked very well along with the lighting design to create the atmosphere of a seeing a rock concert. Like If they were to be a show to have a mosh pit it would for sure be this one.

I love your vids. But the set was exactly very expensive. They used a new kind of projection where the projector blocks off shaddows. I thought the set was perfect for the show. Thats the inner techie in me.

This show was a draggggg... Lots of relevant social issues, but everything was approached veneer thin and lacking passionate portrayal or dramatic story. The stakes are low for most the lead characters. Marriages that are lackluster, witnessing (but not committing) a crime, light teen dating drama, drugs but with multiple safety nets. The songs are obviously great, but the singing was "eh". (Agree, Jo nails her songs) It could have been a lot more interesting, but it feels derived from a lifetime original movie that got a decent budget for the soundtrack.
