I spent the first 14 years of my life living in Nimpo Lake BC. It was a true blessing as a young child to grow up out there. I have never been to Shearwater, but one day I will. I have been to Bella Bella, and Namu BC. Equally as secluded. Once you are out there you realize Alaska isn't the last frontier. It's Rural BC

Really nice video. I’m visiting Bella coola in two weeks. Thinking of going to Bella Bella, while I’m there. then I noticed the shearwater is close by. you are being experienced, would you recommend Bella Bella or shearwater to enjoy nature and possibly spot a Spirit bear?!

Thanks for watching. Both are very close to each other. Bella Bella can be closed off to tourists, shearwater offers more flexible accommodations IMO.
