You can play with it via emulator (maybe xenia canary) If you got somehow the iso file of the game you can attach it and play

I use an external (no built into my pc) capture card to get the footage. And then I use OBS to record and capture my audio. You can stream from OBS as well. Just google OBS and it should pop up. My capture card is an Elgato HD60S. I think they have a newer version of it now.
