I think Tonari pushed Bon to meet Fushi because when Bon eventually dies she figures he would be able to use Bon's ability to talk to his friends again, even after death everything she did is to help Fushi

Exactly. I actually talked about that exact thing on my livestream! It didn’t hit me until I was editing it and I saw the line where she said he’s special “ because you are someone who can share the gift that makes you special”. It was like “oh! She groomed him for Fushi so that he can eventually communicate with all of his fallen friends.”

16:24 No, Medieval treatment methods can just be brutal and I guess she had little issue with him talking with ghosts but crushing on one was considered too much or considered uniquely evil, maybe they had popular succubus superstitions. As for the witch doctor, what he was doing was blood letting which was pretty normal medieval treatment even tho, the tieing him up might be to keep him still but it could also be part of a ancient to medieval treatment or exorcism, not just torture.

The ones following fushi seem to be the ones that refused to go to paradise. Idk if you remember, but March rejected it and ran to save her friends irl, best friend rejected it so he could stay with fushi, and Tonari seems to have rejected it to continue helping fushi. The original boy didn't have the concept that fushi is someone he COULD follow. He went off to paradise to be with everyone again as he was so lonely. Fushi just so happens to be somewhat fulfilling the first boys dream by meeting new people and eating new things. I'm sure we'll find out more but I wonder if the boy can see for a moment whenever fushis eyes turn back to their original reddish purple color

Do you think the white horse is actually Pioran reincarnated? Because we didn't see her with the other "ghosts" and at the end of S1 she asked to reincarnate in something useful for Fushi

@@Shinobi_912 the horse's hair color and attitude is certainly similar, though I'm not sure, because I saw a cover of one of the volumes, think it was 9, and it had pioran on it as pioran. Maybe it's just a metaphor for her presence, or maybe she can transform. The way the black one described her reincarnation is too vague and mysterious.

@@Shinobi_912 shoot, idk if I haven't been paying attention but it's possible pioran has already been following fushi around as different creatures or something. It just seems odd that the horse just appeared there, and no one seemed to know if it was there originally or not. I got curious and flipped ahead in the manga but then saw hints at OTHER stuff unrelated and quickly closed it to avoid overly spoiling myself. Dark temptation

I had already forgotten that they mentioned something like if they do not know the horse, it may be that Pioran has some extra ability other than she has simply reincarnated with her memories 🤔

Bonshen is so interesting, he's hard to pin down but I love him, I've really grown attached to him in so few episodes. I can't wait to see if Fushi will be able to rely on him or if the Tastypeach will only use him for his own interests.

I think only people personally close to Fushi that follow him around. We don't see Rean, Beer Grandpa, Parona, the fighter guy from Island or Tonari's crew cuz while they were somewhat close to Fushi and their souls as such were happy being with him forever, these other people weren't too close to Fushi and as such left for reincarnation. I would like to see Pioran's reincarnation tho since she was very close to Fushi and is only not there cuz she's reincarnating to meet him again later.

But they really took that moment and did a whole 360 to show us it was so much more to his character. 12:23 Yeah, Fushi hasn't had any real experience, that's why he responded with "Girls, probably" he hasn't really had any first hand experience, only real one is the person he hates most in the world and their reincarnations crushing on him. And maybe 2nd hand experience kinda with Rean and Gugu. Although, obviously, Male successor is trying to shoot his shot anyway he can whether gae Fushi or female Fushi for long periods.

Tonari did say Bonshin could share his ability , I guess since Fushi can turn to ppl he was with and have their capacity like Gugu fire breath , well if Bon dies (old age or overwise idk ) he will inherit his body and ghost seeing capacity . That raise the question about Hayase lineage , cqn he be them and thus copy the nokkers inside them , ( witch would be dangerous ..)

That's why we don't see her with the others in Bon's perspective, and come on, the horse's color hair and how she bites and kick Fushi like "dumbass, it's me!"
