Interestingly Yuna says "Arigatou"/"Thank you" in the Japanese version instead of "I love you" as she does in the English version. But personally the English version is actually better than the original Japanese. That's not to say the Japanese version is bad, but just that I prefer the English version instead. Final Fantasy X is the best FF and one of the best stories I know

It's been more than 20 years now, and every time I hear this song, I go back to being a 21-year-old guy enjoying one of the best games I've ever played. I go back to having a simple and easy life, and I regain my energy!

Remember that one time when Yuna gone to be married off and you was like "noo!!!" then you push forward your ps2 joystick harder than before full with emotion and worried try to get to Yuna ... Remember when you at the end game and you find out the twist but you felt like you are the one making change this time to break the "sin" cycle.... because you are from another world end up on their world and when the game end you need to go back to real life.. just like Tidus... Tidus iS "You" ...urhh this game is sooo gud ........and then when the game end what do we get? we get to keep this song in our heart

It's the knowing of what events come next, from Yunalesca to Tidus fading into pyreflies is why this hits us all so hard. By far, one of Uematsu's best works. And technically, it's the same world, just pulled from a Soul Dream, the Dream of the Fayth.

I still remember being sent outside with my younger sister back in the day when my older brother got to the Al Bhed Home. It wasn't until at least a dozen years later until I got to the significance of that scene. So glad he kept the spoilers for the ending limited until I was old enough to understand the Journey myself. I hope that anyone after me has a similar experience getting through the end game.

I would watch my dad play this game when I was around 4. I grew up with this song and even play the game myself now. He passed away in August of this year. This song reminds me of him in erveryway. He wasn't able to walk me down the isle but this is the song I will walk down too in memory of him on my special day. I love you dad, I miss you more and more everyday. ❤‍🩹
