F2p players really cant get any of the rewards because that's the case everytime. All the ppl who got everything from anniversary get to farm all the rewards from all the events while the ppl who get shafted get less rewards. Basically gatekeeping anyone who doesn't spend money.

I’d bump Yamato v1 up cuz of her LLB, Magma Kaido should move up cuz he’s the best option by far for Dex and even some non Dex kizuna as a cap/FC, but other than that I agree with most of it

I think v1 shira Mansherry should be a tier higher because they always get used when I don’t want to deal with non generic status ailments and obstacles like those chain locks that give you atk down when you hit a certain chain. And nowadays they always do this and that makes her more and more relevant. Problem is she doesn’t have a use beyond that. And if they do give her llb, I hope they give her even more utility or damage boost

I have only 2 tiers. Everyday used and rarely used, and nami/carina is the only one on the everyday used for the dailies.

There are some things I would have made different. The tiers 'Rarely Used' and 'Niche Uses' are basically the same thing. I would also add a Pirate Rumble viability tier, for units that are good for it, and a Support Tier as well. But, overall this is a good PvE focus mid-game player tier list. Thank you for the video!

Very different tier list from the usual as well as the popular opinion, which is surprising. I get most placements but I don’t necessarily agree with all of them, for instance I would place new Shanks or V2 Franky higher, or even KLaw higher as well. But they’re powerhouses more than they’re utility legends so I do get the reasoning. By the way, is your opinion about G5 changing depending on his 6* or 6+? I’d be curious to hear about that. I know it’s hard to rate characters if you don’t use them but I think the good thing on a tier list is some units might be power crept but you won’t pull them you’ll use the weaker units so I think it’s a shame most the units don’t get ranked (not for like obviously bad cards like sengoku tho haha)

Still dont get toadskiis lists... with some units i agree. But all blackbeards bad ranked.. bro are you serious?? Dex blackbeard has still a unique capt ability and in pvp he is a strong unit on dex teams.. int treasure map blackbard has a pretty good pvp ability for int teams he boost 5 atk def hp and spd by 5 which is really good. And the 1st supertype blackbeard 6 plus cpt ability is much better than a couple of units who you put above him. I think you are bb hater. Ace made the mistake to challenge bb and lost against him. Get over it. Whitebeard warned him.

I think roger is the best legend from the anni. good rainbow boosts for 2 stages gauranteed that can't be removed, plus utility in special and captain. Plus probably the best super tandem in the game given it only needs ONE tap, and Luffy counts. Sure, he won't be the best for super boss Kizuna probably, but for a ton of content he will be great.

Rainbow captains aren´t as good as they once where with this new format of boosted units, while they´re still good for new players they dont have the same value as they did when they actually released content. Also while his tnd is good zoro sanji and nami´s far better because of damage input and usability (Zorosanji basically can use it on every stage)

@@Toadskii shanks got -full boat's special charge -minus 3 turns of barrier -minus 10 turns of rainbow shield -good combo block -minus 2 turns of intimidation -and ofc the slot effect and boost types multi The minus 2 turn of intimidation and 3 turn barrier will definitly be good in future kizunas so i would put him in always played for that. And dont forget pirate rumble that allows him to put a lvl 3 barrier to everyone which is a rly good defense

Nami/Carina is deffo top 5. Here is why: Remove Def up Remove dmg reduction Remove thresold Remove atk down Remove paralysis Give orb+buff said orbs Change Block orbs Give orb boost Give atk boost Give base atk boost Give dmg reduction Give dmg thresold DUPLICATE DROP (the only other unit that does that is OG Buggy) Are always boosted on TM. Not putting them top 5 is absolutely bonkers.

For difficult content, Anni Shanks is better than Ace. But all in all, the 3 Anni units are in the same tier, Luffy is NOT 2 tiers above Shanks. You need to go to the doctor, you obviously have brainrot.
