Also, "dlei" isn't quite right, since you're essentially rolling your uvula (it's called a voiced uvular fricative for this reason,) it'd be more accurate to write it akin to "dckei" where the "dck" is softly pronounced as a single sound using the whole mouth. This is very similar to the r sound used in typical French speaking.

Gen 4 was the first generation to see a non-legendary Pokemon get banned* for being too good. At least in singles, which is the format Cynthia uses anyways. *Wynaut and Wobuffet were banned in Gen 3 because if you switched one in on the other it would cause an endless battle. None of them can damage each other normally, and Struggle wouldn't do enough damage to the user or the attacker to outdamage leftovers. Shadow Tag in Gen 3 wouldn't cancel out the opponent's Shadow Tag meaning both of your Pokemon were stuck in battle until one fainted. If you switched in Wynaut or Wobuffet in on another Wynaut or Wobuffet the game was as good as over.

Would've been interesting to at least discuss Latias in a passing in the Latios section or honorable mentions, like what the significance is with the trade-off between defensive and offensive stats. I believe that even if Latias herself doesn't deserve to be mentioned, discussing her would have highlighted what made Latios good. Latios has better Sp Att which facilitated Draco spam, but Latias has overall more usable stats (since Latios has 10 more Attack, which doesn't see use).
