No, the majority of your audience, including me cannot sing like that no matter how many voice lessons we take. It is called natural talent. You can learn technique and you can improve your singing (if you have talent) but very few people can sing like Gabriel Henrique just like there was only one Whitney Houston and there’s only one Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Lara Fabian and only one Dimash. There’s not enough voice lessons in this universe that can make someone sing like that if they don’t have the same amount of talent.

absolutly talent is a part of it. but i think people in general,. you also underrate the value of hard work. take football for example. there are MANY less talented young players that become way better than the hugest talents of their generation just because they work harder... this is also true in basically every other genre of activity
