I can't believe that you have never reacted to Taeyeon before. She usually performs live with a live band, which is unusual. Her vocals are rarely tuned afterwards, especially with her solo work. She's legitimately a musician. Although she's obviously very pretty, she's not a model or an actress who sings. You can find videos of her interacting with her band, and she's clearly one of them.

One of the best thing about Taeyeon is her ability to deliver emotions through her singing. She is a powerful singer, has a very wide vocal range (master of high notes & low notes 💯; can easily transition from low note to high note and vice versa), perfect at adlibs (her adlibs blow my mind away each and every time 🤯 she sings the background vocals in all of her songs & vocally directed many of her songs too). She’s basically good at everything but what is really notable about Taeyeon as a singer is her ability to deliver emotions through her songs. I will never get bored of watching her sing. When she sings a ballad you can REALLY feel the emotions in her voice. And when she sings a happy/upbeat song I get all hyped up as well. Korean music composers have described Taeyeon as someone who “sings with the emotion of a woman who has been divorced 7 times”. That’s such a high praise in my opinion 🥺 Anyways I just wanna say that the video you reacted to wasn’t enough to showcase the aspect that I mentioned above. I'm very glad you finally reacted to Taeyeon. All the clips you reacted to were recorded before Taeyeon became a solo artist in 2015. Since then, she improved a lot and released a lot of songs worth listening to. My favorite performance from her is 'Fine' from the 'S concert. It'd be great if you could react to it or any other one of her songs. Anyway, every single one of her songs is so unique. These clips are from her performances with her group, Girls' Generation. And she obviously still shines in them. But her solo music is actually so different from what Girls' Generation does. Her solo discography actually tethers along the edge of pop r&b and alt-pop. And in my personal opinion, her vocals have definitely improved with each solo release. So please make sure to react to some of her solo live performances! I suggest her Fine (Live in Seoul) performance to start off with.

Taeyeon blew everyone away in Los Angeles once on korea day . The dodgers were going to play and Taeyeon was singing the Korean national anthem and was great. Then the announcer said remain standing while Taeyeon will sing the American national anthem. Everyone's jaw dropped when she sang one of the best rendition of the song. Now I think Whitney Houston has sang the greatest rendition of the song but Yaeyeon 's version was pretty high up there. She's really got a great voice.
