Justin, this is not just the pianist, this is Igor Krutoy, arguably, the most famous and possibly the best composer there is. Most of Dimash's sings are written by him.

This pianist is the author of this and many other Dimash songs. His name is Igor Krutoy and he is a very famous composer whose songs are performed by world stars, such as Lara Fabian, leading soloist of the Vienna Opera Aida Garifullinа, who died 2 years ago great baritone Dmitry Khvorostovsky and other singers. Andrea Bocelli also came to his anniversary concert (65 years old) in Moscow. I 'm no longer talking about Russian lead singers singing his songs for more than 25 years...

The pianist Igor Krutoy, a Russian composer, has written many songs for Dimash. This song, 'Know', was written by Mikhail Gutseriev and Igor Krutoy. Actually Igor Krutoy and Dimash have become quite a team. For example, Ogni Pietra (olimpico) was composed especially for Dimash by Igor Krutoy. It premiered at the opening of the 2nd European Games on June 21, 2019 in Minsk, Belarus. I truly enjoy watching Igor play and look up at Dimash when he is being truly moved by the skill of the singer. Thank you for another great, informative reaction. I envy those who have a deep understanding of singing and all it entails. Only you can truly comprehend the dedication, discipline, beauty and complex skill of what Dimash is presenting. Absolutely agree with you, in technically he is the best singer in the world now. But except his amazing vocal ability he has so many talents also, he can plays in 7 differents muzical instruments too, compose the songs. Dimash since childhood is interested in Eastern philosophy, loves sports, he was engaged in swimming and martial arts. He's just a very great artist, clean, bright and kind to people man, and despite his youth, life is time. And very educated, with high and rigid moral principles and very strict attitude to life. This is his philosophy of life. He is one of a kind, special...

He always prepares his performances thoroughly. He trains and repeats and prepares everything in detail. Every breath, every dynamic, and the whole nine yards. That's why he's like a robot sometimes, meaning he's able to give "perfect" performances that ppl may mistaken him as lipsyncing. It's like an insult to his hardwork tbh. I feel bad for the dude.

I thought you already knew that the pianist is Maestro Igor Krutoy. Igor joined Dimash to compose several new songs for him & so far he has composed Ogni Pietra also known as Olympico and Passione. This event is Igor's annual festival called New Wave at which Dimash opened & closed the festival & all 6 songs he sang belong to Igor. This song Know was reworked for Dimash by Igor & after this festival a music video was made for Know that you can find on the channel Dimash Kudaibergen.

Dimash love to improvise on the stage. And that is incredible. Every time he performs that song in different ways. His head compose melody during the singing. Dimash is an amazingly gifted guy. It would appear he is happy to consolidate his career in Russia, Central Europe, China & the Far East. The west is missing out on this world talent. In my opinion his experience on the US TV show "The World's Greatest Singer" in 2019 has made him think twice about "making it" in the west. The cultural/social norms are so different and would mean compromising his principles which are so dear to him.

you really enlighten me with your knowledge of how the human voice operates. i'm as big a fan of dimash as anyone, but i would love you to take your best own advice and let dimash sing the song through, and then analyze it. your body and facial reactions are perfect and just enough while he's singing and reflects exactly how i feel, too. afterwards, i'd stick around to listen to your analysis. you're terrific at what you do and i'll see you at the next usa dimash concert!
