The fact the last question was about going to Denny's is the most Toby Fox thing I've heard in a while

Bro I always knew Toby Fox was a wizard, but I didn't realize he was a NECROMANCER. Mans actually brought a game dev back from the dead just to ask him what he'd order at Denny's.

(Edit: 💀 forget whaf I said.) After the all questions toby had sent and kikyama answered, This proves that kikyama wasn't part in abuse trauma or any subject matter from interpretations of Yume Nikki, He just normal developer who has unique art/music and living his life
@leedlelel2373 Жыл бұрын
How does this prove he didnt go through all of that what the freak is that hypothesis Sure the fandom exaggerates possibility and its stupid to assume someone went through harsh stuff simply because of a game, but his answers were literally just "yes" and "no" so he didnt have to answer in a personal way And toby DIDNT ask anything related to what youre saying, so like, wtf?

Actually, the fact that Toby deliberately tried to ask non-personal questions is what makes this more interesting to me.
@BelBelle4688 ай бұрын
“This proves” Proves what?? Imagine telling some internet rando about your abuse despite not being asked any personal questions. What even is this comment. Offensive as heck to just assume ppl should expose personal info about themselves for no reason, and if they don’t they’ve got no personal info to give. Not even just that but it’s super gross to say that ppl who have trauma or might have been abused are “abnormal” and that they’re not just “living their life”. Do you think ppl who go through bad times are just inherently broken and can’t answer questions or not trauma dump? Idk what about this comment annoyed me so badly, but you did. Congrats on pissing me off so much for no reason.

HEAR ME OUT ON THIS THING (it's a theory of mine): Toby Fox and Kikiyama MAY be the same person. ALSO, Yume Nikki, Undertale, and Deltarune may be somehow connected, OR EVEN YUME NIKKI COULD BE A PREQUEL. LIKE LOOK AT THAT WHY ARE MADOTSUKI, FRISK, AND KRIS SO SIMILAR? NOT TO MENTION, ALL THREE GAMES ARE ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE VERY SIMILAR: A MYSTERIOUS HUMAN CHILD/TEEN PROTAGONIST FINDS THEMSELVES IN AN UNKNOWN WORLD FULL OF MONSTERS AND/OR OTHER VARIOUS ENTITIES? THE INTERVIEW KIND OF COMPLIMENTS THE THEORY: HOW THE HECK DID TOBY FOX MANAGE TO CONTACT AN INACTIVE, MYSTERIOUS GAME DEVELOPER SUCH AS KIKIYAMA AND INTERVIEW THEM?? also, THE LAST YUME NIKKI UPDATE WAS IN 2007. THE KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN THAT FOUNDED UNDERTALE STARTED IN 2013. TOBY FOX USED TO MAKE RPG MAKER GAMES BEFORE (although few were completed). NOBODY KNOWS THE IDENTITY OF KIKIYAMA OR THE MEANING OF YUME NIKKI. CALL ME CRAZY OR PARANOID BUT IF THIS SOMEHOW TURNS OUT TO BE TRUE, I FOUND OUT FIRST. Also maybe I'll post this comment under similar videos for people to see them. PS: I don't mean to offend, disrespect or insult either Toby Fox or Kikiyama with this theory.

Guys I'm sorry but I have to say, kiki Yama is the worst developer ever, first: he didn't finish a Successful game (maybe because he didn't know how to finish it) Second: everytime he talks about the story of the game it feels like there is no exact story and it's always things mixed up Third: even tho the fanbase is still alive, he abandon them all and let the game itself die in a stupid way Fr he wasted his chance maybe he has no courage or has no idea what he would do with his game and has no other game idea to start develope
@magixowo58565 ай бұрын
Success isn’t solely measured by commercial achievements; Yume Nikki’s influence on gaming culture and enduring fanbase demonstrate its impact. And, perhaps Kikiyama’s enigmatic approach was intentional, leaving room for community engagement and speculation. It's also just his own choice. He did make a famous game, but he doesn't think that he himself and his life should become open because of this.
@rakyalo5 ай бұрын
@@magixowo5856 I got what you are saying but even tho, why didn't he finish his game after all these years, I know you don't know but tell me your thoughts about it
@magixowo58565 ай бұрын
@@rakyalo Because it's complete. There are many developers that are known from only one project, and Kikiyama is one of them. He didn't need to update the game which already reflects all his ideas in greatest matter. "If the game was so popular, why didn't he make a sequel?" Well, I think the reason is simple: Yume Nikki was always just a free passion project. He never got any money from users directly, And the big companies offered their contracts only many-many years later. Given how old he is, he probably already has a family, or even children, a main job and a hobby to express himself. That may sound selfish, but I think he just doesn't have any reason nor time to develop new games.
@Iexecutioner2 ай бұрын
What are you on about? The game is complete, it has an ending. There is a story just no narrative. Did it ever occur to you that maybe game design is not what he does for a career?
