Honestly looks pretty nice, im not sure about the decoration but it could be delt with. Also the balcony dosent need much to cover them with a net or something( for cats I mean, im not testing theyr fall damage resistance )

Why you don't have more than 200k subscribers is a total mystery to me (there must a reason - but I love your channel/delivery). As with all people outside of the arena - it's easy to make suggestions though - so here I go, droning on again. I'd have a few name-checks to hand for the artists/sculptures on display (this can be an exciting addition for not only the artists but potential buyers). Before rendering the final video, run your audio through something like Adobe Audition (using a few choice Waves plug-ins) - just to add that final bit of polish. If you reach out to me (don't know how you'd do that on YT), I'd happily run it through my channel strip (no charge), and tell you exactly what tools/settings to use (probably less than £200 worth of plugins if you did it yourself - and could probably do it for less). Either way, another great video - properly nice apartment - best of luck moving forward with the channel/empire :O).

I live in Canada, but I'm on a London real estate video binge. One thing I've noticed is that all the showers have a ceiling mounted rain head and a handheld mounted on a bar that only goes waist high. I'm wondering how do you take a shower when you don't want to get your hair wet? Here we normally have shower heads mounted to the wall, so you can point the spray from the shoulders down. Sometimes I've seen ceiling mounted rain heads, but it seem like it's every fancy London property.

One of the thing I find odd with some UK high end apartments is the ceiling heights. For such an expensive property I would have expected 10ft ceilings (Unless Toby is a giant). I love the fittings the panel concealing the entry into the second kitchen is well executed. The views are nice.

Too much stuff on the walls making the place look cluttered. Some of the ceiling lights are too footballers wives which will look dated in a year or two. The bedrooms are pretty small. Can't even fit a king size bed. I really like your navy outfit at the end of the video. Looks so casually stylish. Do you ever wear a black t-shirt with your suit instead of a white one? Your skin looks glowing and so healthy. You should show us your daily skincare routine in a video.
