No you can't, even though they are here with u.. they may have to go back. Go to UKVI website and read for yourself

If u get CoS , try ur luck first with ur family . Stop asking questions when u haven’t tried urslf . No one not even the KZbinr has the say . They have been giving so many pple who are already here even the ones that just got Cos after the rule . I only heard. I am applying with my family tonite has we just got Cos . I will try it myself and see the outcome . I don’t want anyone telling me they will give or not . I want to see the outcome by the Home office which I pray it will turn out sucessful . I will come back here to give updates either which way. This is a student who came with dependants
