To make this fish and tofu dish you will need the following.
1- 1/2 kg-- Milk fish
125 gm-- Black beans
700 gm-- tofu
1 Large-- Tomato
5 Cloves-- Garlic
30 gm-- ginger
1 Large-- onion
30 ml-- soy sauce
1/2 tsp-- Ground black pepper
1 Tbsp-- Brown sugar
30 ml-- Oyster sauce
2 pieces-- fresh chili
40 gm-- Cornstarch
Water
Cooking oil
METHOD
1st stage;
Marinate the fish with soy sauce and ground black pepper for 3 minutes and set it aside.and then the same procedure to tofu marinate with soy sauce and ground black pepper.
2nd stage;
Fry the tofu wait until turns into a brown color and crispy'set it aside
3rd stage'
Now saute the ginger garlic and onion for 2 minutes add the tomato and black beans and cook it again for 3 minutes with cover.Open the lid and add some water then add the oyster sauce ground black pepper sugar and cook it again for 5 minutes.Add the diluted cornstarch stir it for 1 minute then add the fried fish tofu and fresh chili.cook it again for 3 minutes and it is ready to be served.
