1 week into platinum, maintaining 75-81 AR. Pre “tier”, my easy $100+ 3-4hr lunches haven’t been able to break $60🤦🏻‍♂️. 5-730 pm dinner, $70. DD pattern seems to be manipulating base pays to keep active hourly avg in $21-23 range.

Every one gets to be platinum from what I see for the first week or so and then after that is when it starts to effect drivers just keep up your metrics and you should be fine. I was gold when it hit my market this afternoon then all of a sudden I was platinum but I need 30 more deliveries to keep platinum. This sucks especially with %80 minimum but hey maybe after this week it’ll be better who knows but I have switched to 2hr shifts morning lunch and dinner only way to keep the metrics up so I have buffers for the weekend.

The accidents I see in my area are like very terrifying. I’m more of a defensive driver to keep my insurance lower. Yesterday I saw a rear end ripped off an F 150 by a small sedan and I’m like dam that person had to been going 50+ for that to happen.

I finally made it up to 71%. I did notice a difference and I even had to take a $2 order and a couple of other low dollar orders but I think at the end of the day you still make more. Everything will average out to be MORE at the end of the day.

No ID required at all. Even if you want to carry a gun you don't need anything and you can open carry it in my state. For instance if you came here I could hand you a handgun and a holster that is outside your waistband and you're legally allow to do it. But if you want to conceal a handgun you do need to pass a handgun course which is $99 and then it cost $99 for a concealed handgun permit and they're good for 5 years. I conceal so people around you don't know you're armed.
