A few months ago a guy ordered flowers for who I assume is his girlfriend. When I got to the house, there was a gate with two big dogs in the yard who barked at me when i got close. After several minutes of chatting with the customer and no one coming out of the house I ended leaving the flowers on some car's windshield lol

Glad you chose rest over going back out and making maybe $30 or $40 more. As we get older, the extra rest is worth more vs. a few bucks. One thing I've def have changed up in my approach the last couple of years is stopping when my block is over and not chasing a few more bucks by staying out another hour or so.

Wow, your market is still doing pretty good in south Nevada. Northern Nevada pretty terrible, over saturated and that new pay model of $2 for stacked orders is bad. I haven’t seen a shop and pay using my red card in over two months. 92% acceptance rate down to 54%, just not willing to deliver up to 12 miles for 3 to 6 bucks. I’m starting back to multi tasking do to DoorDash being so crappy. Hope your market stays strong. Enjoyed the video, keep up the good work. 😊

Took about 2-3 weeks in phx for the kinks to work out. But getting a ton of high pay offers better, catering orders, so 200 a day is super easy now in under 8 hrs again

Flower tip! Put the flowers in a clear plastic flower bag which are usually stored nearby so the stems are not drying out during the delivery.

The major problem with sprouts is there isn't many of them. In a city there's only one, maybe two. Because of that they let ppl order like 20 miles away. Eberytime I get a sprouts order it's like 10 miles away. Today I got one for 31.9 miles. Doordash is tripping for letting ppl order from that far away

@AustinRides7264 remember I told you I was afraid to activate my red card lol. I get tons of sprouts orders. All of em are decent to great pay. The store is easy to shop because it's smaller and never super busy, it's just the distances of some of the orders are absurd. I get some that are less than 10 miles that I do but like half the orders I receive from there are more than 10 miles. I'm going back to denver in a couple days so at least I'll get out of where I am. Just wanna get there before the 7th before this tier stuff hits and I can schedule some days ahead of time

I have stopped using android auto for dashing. Like you said, in and out of the car. Connection issues. I mounted my phone from the vents above the screen on my chevy bolt. It hangs were the screen is. I just use that.

I know I was banned from all the good orders, this is why I trained youtube drivers to be in these programs, without then the money is drastically diminished, nice to see confirmation that other drivers are still in the money. My account is basically a non top dasher account with zero priority, I haven't seen 1 good order in over 2 months now, I used to take 10 orders a day work 3 or 4 hours for 200+ now it's over 35 to 50 orders a day for about 120 in 14 to 18 hours. It's okay tho, I destroyed dd for years being top G, btw you are the first to come forward and actually admit to no change in the system, the others are selfish and hasn't spoke up because they fear the competition. Enjoy those orders and o ly having to work a few hours a day for $300 I bet your doing it in less than 15 delivers a day, I used to average over $18-25 per order, now it's about 4 to $5 per order on a great day, an average day is about 2 to 3$ per order with all high mileage

Been dashing since 2020 and got invited to the larger order program a few months after I started. 2 months ago I stopped getting large orders during lunch and dinner (still do get some during breakfast, usually Einstein bagel or Panera bread…). Btw a change I saw for the past 2 weeks in my market they changed the % rate applied to double orders when you decline a stack it's 1% not 2% .... I knew they would do that because for the past month they stack 60% of orders or more. Some going south then north. Completly opposite direction. The base pay here is 4$ per order basepay but with a stack double order they pay 6$ for the 2 orders so they save 2$ and yea they grind us to the ground. If you ask me doordash is going downhill because of greed they make billions and they try to take every dollars they can from their drivers. It's sad, because without drivers this company is nothing. Keep up the good work brother we all appreciate you and love you. Don't be shy to play some insane guitar too or include them clips you shred!!! A++

Today was terrible ,nothing was happening in a Friday the stuff that is working is the shipping but, u have to do the math is it worth the time 11 dollars shipping 37 items for 8 miles is vary stupid offer .u have to find a place to park and u always walk up a hill then u pick the items bag the items then in Walmart they recheck like ur a third then pack them in the trunk only to drive to the place hoping this isn't an apartment always the 3 floor apartments want 4 -48 packs of water if u see an apartment I will not do this .2 days ago I had an offer for 16 dollars I went an got it delivered this u look at my app and it said the tip was lowered to 8 dollars and this was a distance drive this was without reason and Uber eats was fine with that I wrote this address down I will never accept that again we have no backing on these apps u don't get ur tip when u deliver it it come within 2 hours this was the first time this happened to me

I was randomly deactivated without warning. Super high stats no contract violations ever and 2 years of deliveries. Appeal was denied. Two weeks before it was to come out in my area too I grinded driving to keep my average high for fucking nothing. DoorDash deliveries were my source of happiness and it’s been torn out of my hands for no reason! :( absolutely shattered

What do you think it could have been? If it's literally for nothing then support/escalations team should and I say 'should' be able to see you did nothing out of the norm. I do know they side with the customer first so this could, I'm just throwing 💩 at the wall here. A customer reported you for an extreme violation like abuse/hate/violence and they will term your account no questions asked.

​@@SinCityDeliveries I think it was the facial scan. It failed the first time for me then it went through the second time (had to take glasses off). I saw someone on reddit recently post they were just banned without warning or reason after having their first facial scan fail. I think its an overly extreme measure put into the system recently because of all the hacked/stolen accounts. I've never had a CV and I'm near 1000 deliveries. Never have had an unpleasant customer and I always have everything recorded. Support would not give me a reason for my sudden deactivation they just told me to appeal under "Other" and that I will be reactivated then. Now when I call support it just says my account is deactivated and they have denied my appeal. This was really my source of happiness and break from stress so I'm extremely bummed. I always see a lot of nightmare posts on reddit about bad delivery drivers and it just gets to me. I've always been very positive and I never complain to customers about their untipped orders or any of that crap. I treat them all well. All that positivity and good energy got me deactivated I guess.

@@SinCityDeliveries they denied the appeal due to “abuse of platform” which under their policy says fraud. Their Face ID scan is literally broken and they’re doing nothing about the hundreds of people being deactivated without appeal for false reasons. I hope this ends up killing the company. I’m working on getting a startup going for a new delivery platform. My tech background is going to go somewhere now Btw highly encouraging you to make a video about this issue. If facial scan fails once = permanent deactivation

Yea even if lots of dashers say they don't like the tier program because It require more work, but with that come more money and privileges. And when you think about that only a few will be platinum in a zone so more orders for the real ones... it's too easy to become a top dasher these days ... that program will eliminate lots of lazy top dashers and will give us the best orders.

It is not easy to become top Dasher.You have to take every stupid order.That comes your way even if it Since you 40 miles out of your area and they're only paying you a few dollars.If you don't take it they drop your AR and then they turn around and they will send you the same order.And of course you're going to decline it and then your a r drops more.
