Such a nice video on Select Brangus Breeders Auction - all the breeders had great brangus cattle there. Nice to see my Dad's V5 Brangus on you tube.

I had an Angus bull 6000gns he was a really good bull not just in shape but his temperement was so super the lads who worked on the ❤ farm had young kiddies and mr black boy let the kids sit on his back and his calves were superb bulling heifers from mr black boy that's the name we gave him were ❤ in strong demand 1200 per head years ago now but i still remember him he was a real soft soul he loved a cuddle and a kiss from any human female and he was happy i miss him

Hi Brian, It's amazing how there is always that one special animal that you remember over the years. The one that was different, unique or in your case - so tame! Outsiders don't always understand the bonds we form with these animals!

How is the sheath of that first bull cause it looks like it's abit below the hocks which is not recommended
@shanecotty3275Ай бұрын
It might have been the angle of the shot...... I didn't notice that one specifically - however I was informed by one of the selectors about the "hock" rule of thumb.

From what I see from these cows they are only supplemented with protein licks they look good for the current season these are the cattle i could buy they show that they can perform better when they receive grazing and lick supplements.

Exactly why I liked them! They look like commercial cows under normal commercial conditions. A plus point in my book!

The Brahman is an American breed of zebuine-taurine hybrid beef cattle. It was bred in the United States from 1885 using cattle originating in India, imported at various times from the United Kingdom, India, and Brazil. These were mainly Gir, Guzerá and Nelore stock, with some Indu-Brasil, Krishna Valley and Ongole. Wikipedia
