I've been a regular customer since they opened their store in Clintonville. The food is amazing and the people are even better! Thanks to Joe and all the people at HCT for your work in the community. Oh, and hi, Alex. I believe we know each other!

This is great. It's a terrible thing to be permanently labeled d/t one thing. How can people grow and surprise you if never given a chance? We don't hire based on criminal record, being out of the workplace (former stay-at-home moms), credit score, etc Kindness and empathy cannot help but improve the world. What a great company!

I suppose it would depend on the crime that was committed & the circumstances. It's very difficult for a person with a criminal record to get a job.
