-Investing is not a game of seeking a perfect record, but a game of probability and seeking asymmetry -Read fewer and fewer books and focus on high quality reading, such as annual reports and industry magazines -Investing has two aspects: value assessment (quantitative) and qualitative analysis (management, culture, etc.) -Evaluate companies from the inside out, looking at the details to avoid anchoring effects -Focus on risk management to avoid exposure to black swan event risk -Patience is a key quality for successful investment -Recommend listening to investment-related podcasts and look forward to Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholders meeting

@@BradKaellner Jim Rogers started the Quantem fund with George Soros in the 1970's where they achieved might outperformance. He retired at 37, rode his motorcycle across China in the 1980s and saw what was happening... he was the Li Lu before Li Lu.
