I was in New York for five years and knew him when we were both cycle messengers working for A to Z. He was a very cool guy and generous with his time. It was our shared love of music that got us to hang out together. I went to watch a rehearsal one time and saw Murphy’s Law but can’t recall what venue it was but Joey Ramone was among the audience. Great times in NYC.

This video is awesome Drew. Definitely got me a little choked up. I never had the pleasure of meeting Todd until '99. I met him October 31rst 1999 in Boston., the same time that I met Glenn Danzig for the first time. The whole band were class acts (Yes, including Glenn), but Todd just had a real good vibe about him. Very polite and genuinely seemed to enjoy meeting every person who came up and introduced themselves to him..and considering it was Halloween, he played in Danzig and it was a record release day...there were a lot of people who wanted to meet the band. Rest In peace Todd

Todd was such an amazing guitarist. I had the honor to see him play with The Chelsea Smiles. A couple of my photos are in this video when they played The Viper Room in 2014. He was a very kind person with a beautiful soul and talent beyond belief. We all miss you Todd. Thank you for your gift of music. 😽

Thanks for posting. Music and musicians of all genres in my 54 years have jumped on and off my radar, and occasionally, there have been a few that I haven't followed in a spell, only to find out they have passed. Todd was one of them. I was late to the Todd Youth fan club though I do remember Agnostic Front as I drifted from the NWOBM of the early 80's to punk and reggae and hard core. My first introduction to Todd's brilliance was by roommate I had in Salinas Ca in 1999, Scotti from Infamous Stiffs, Hollywood Hate, Electric Frankenstein, Verbal Abuse. He played Todd's new band at the time Chrome Locust. This one will always stick with me. It's one of those, if you could only take X amount of music stranded on an Island. To those who new Todd, the NYHC family, and the rest, my sincere condolences. I've been combing for interviews and have gotten the smallest glimpse of why he was and is so loved.

Seeing Todd with Murphy's Law back in 92 was my first hardcore show. Sad that both him and Chuck Valle, who played that show are both gone. This mans talent was amazing to crossover so many genres of music. RIP Todd.
