So glad this poor lady was compensated with a substantial monetary package after loosing all her life's hard work. This is a very rare outcome for such victims. @oneminuteofmydayАй бұрын
That confused me too. I was assaulted several years ago - walked into a gas station at the wrong time - and the person had a relative sit outside my house until I got home, then try to convince me I shouldn’t testify. I asked the victims’ advocate if that was allowed and she said absolutely not. The police took care of it and added additional charges for violating the protective order. It makes no sense that this poor woman wouldn’t receive that sort of assistance.

The people that filed fake police reports need to be in jail longer than 6 months given the charges she was facing. She could have been in jail for decades if the ex gf didn’t feel guilty enough to confess to making them up. She should have settled for AT LEAST $10 million. Due to the fact she lost her house and business to the horrible incompetence of the police, she should never have to work again.
