Wow!! Dr Grande, I've never heard of this unfortunate disorder!! If my friend told me they had an inability to orgasm for a period of time.. I'd suggest sex toys to her/him.. & getting comfortable with them prior to initiating toy play with their partner.. but after hearing of this disorder.. talking to a health care professional might also be a good idea. 🙂
