Also born on February 16th and had a dog named Maximus. Originally she was named Maxie, but we were watching Gladiator late when night and Maxie woke up from her sleep on the other side of house and came charging into the living room when see got to the scene where the crowds were loudly chanting the name Maximus over and over again. She was very confused and her name became Maximus after that as she was a true gladiator. She was a Bouvier, but the six pound Yorkie we adopted after her got the middle name Maximus as she was possibly an even greater gladiator despite being limited by her size. She would take on a UPS truck trying to come down to the bottom of the driveway (despite multiple large signs instructing them not to so) and supposedly another one of our Bouviers picked her up by the back of the dog and moved her out of the way of the stopped truck. That's according to the driveway as I never saw anything like that myself. Also had to fill out a form as another UPS truck driver had his pants ripped by this six pound Yorkie. A real heel biter.

Over a period of 20 years I watched her speedrun through a long series of boyfriends and break two good husbands both financially and emotionally. Character assassination by lies was one of her favorite tactics. Eventually she lost her looks and even her own family would no longer believe her stories. What possible injury could he have inflicted on her if there was no swelling, bruising or tearing? The state saying she had elective surgery and that caused her issues is far more likely. Since she started an affair a cosmetic surgery to her called a rejuvenation surgery would be likely. Which is known to be associated with risk for incontinence. The only way her surgery was a result would be in there was substantial damage from it BUT there was none! Even if she "bruised late" there would be some abrasions, swelling, tearing or scratches to the skin. She seems pretty pale so her injuries would be visible within 24 hours of the injury and would appear red, then as they aged would turn color. Her bruising would only be invisible for longer if she had darker skin, then for some people it doesn't appear for several days. So if her bruises reported later had a dated photo you could use that photo to date her bruising. Since she is mature in age she is actually more likely to bruise easier. What most likely happened is they did have what he said and she likely encouraged it hoping she would have damage of some sort. When that failed she was still able to get DNA evidence against him from the contact likely, then when she realized they had no injuries she likely went home and made some. She would not be person to do such a thing. As a woman and a survivor of actual abuse I find her disgusting. Those who lie and manipulate about such things make it harder for actual victims to get help. There is a famous saying out there about not putting your oscar-meyer in crazy and it is for good reason! He knew she had a new boyfriend and knew she wanted money from him. He likely didn't think he'd win an abuse case against her because she had DNA evidence and the rest is he said she said. What he should have done is moved on, dropped her from his life insurance immediately and started when he found her stalking him he should have called the police.
