So I bought the capsaicin cream today, tried it out 4 hours ago and the heat intensity is well... I'm still feeling the burn. That stuff is intense.

uncle todd are you sure looking at the ref is the best way to get the quickest reaction from you? i was thinking sprinters look straight ahead and the gun sound makes them jump and react fast.. would giving your opponent the pushkar death stare and waiting to hear just the first sound from the ref cause a quicker reaction ?? :)

Sprinters can’t see the trigger finger move Light travels like 700 times faster than sound. Reading the refs lips is the earliest signal
