16:20 No guitar player will ever play the Nightrain solos as Buckethead did in Boston in 2002. That's an epic art to me. Look for Guns Nightrain 2002 and you'll see.

Fortus has a great gig, playing in one of the biggest bands of all time, but let's hear what he can do with original music...question is does GnR want to be an A League band relying on nostalgia or do they want to be musically relevant today.

I don’t think I’ll ever understand why Guns treats information about what’s happening in the band like it’s some super-sensitive intel that could compromise the whole operation if the dirty peasants are given even a whiff of an update. We literally just wanna know what’s up with new music and it’s like pulling teeth to get a single vague hint from anyone in the band or management. It’s just weird. Great interview, though. Richard kicks ass 🤟

There were bands that brought a cd a year, why it´s so difficult to release new material. To be honest, chinese democracy took so much time and was by far the most boring cd, because it was over and over and overthought, but it misses the emotion. Now whrere slash is back the emotions und the rock´n roll are back. So get your things together and stop overthinking and overproducing. Bring it on and bring it out or you´re gonne be a coverband, covering your own songs over and over

Slash as a guitarist doesn't impress me at all.....Richard is a far better complete guitarist. I admire players like Guthrie Govan, Paul Gilbert, Howie Simon, Shuan Lane, Ricthie Kotzen..now to me...those are the real deal!
