​​​@@nikafizer2951the window of "normal" sleep time is very wide for different babies (like +-3 hours) We had far less sleep, but making last wake window very short (while the morning one real long) worked well for us as well. I had excel template for my pediatrician and we played with different types of wake windows before coming to this type of schedule

Aww spencer is sooo cute 3 hours nap 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Amazing My son is a few weeks older than Spencer and will nap for 2 hours max Spencer’s seems so chilled, my son is just bonkers 🙈
