This is awesome Ryan!!! Enormous thanks to Todd and yourself! So my question is: on maximum effort day Todd says it takes 45-60 minutes to warm up before doing His 1 rep max effort. Can Todd give a quick explanation of what He does to warm up that takes that long? Or Ryan if you know maybe you could answer? Thanks!!

I'm a bit confused. So on max effort day you only test your 1 rep max on ONE exercise? If that's the case, how come it takes about 45 minutes for you to get through it?

Love Todd and love this series! My only question is lets say week one you pick a backpressure movement. It might be weeks before you train back pressure at all so how is it going to climb if you're not hitting it as a secondary movement during the weeks you pick a Max effort movement for something else like side pressure? Anyway this is fantastic so thanks to Todd and Ryan for sharing this.

Does the 1 RM of a vector in max day mean that I train only with one of the handles for a week and then another handle for another week ? Meaning I rotate weekly in the handles and leave them alone the rest of the time ?
