There is a lot of exercise advice for AW on YT but no one has broken it down like this, awesome. I started AW because I wanted at least on trophy or medal, I got that. Then I said, I now want a t shirt lol..team USA arm wrestling to be exact. I'll get that damn shirt and every one at the gym will amazed at my awesomeness! Thank you for the video series Mr. Toddzilla

I imagined since your beginnings you used a powerlifting style for training Armwrestling strength, I personally use the Juggernautt trainings systems, I learned all from Scientific Principles of Strength Training and I have made huge progress in my Armwrestling strength

Just follow the simple program of the greatest of all time. Travis bagent: 1. Static hammer curl with bands 2. Static hold on pullups with wrist curl supporting the body 3. Football hold style side pressure And boom you're done. You are now number 1 in the world.

I know it’s been two years but it works to a certain point. Because you don’t train much rotation and have the basic fundamentals you’ll be beaten if your flash pin is stopped.

Todd, Im going to be competing at worlds in 10 months. I just started training 3 weeks ago and I have trained everyday pretty damn hard and have been hitting prs. Im 21, 200lbs and I use to powerlift, Iv done 600 squat, 395 bench and 655 deadlift in the gym and pretty close to that in competition. I was wondering if you would be up to experimenting with me to see how strong we can get myself For worlds? I can train very hard and dedicate as much Time as I need, i train anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours a day. Ty sir, would love and appreciate any type of feedback :)

Quick question...I'm skinny and week now, and I want to be thick and strong for a competition next month. What can I do to get super thick and strong without spending more than 10-15min 2-3 times a week? I just don't have that kinda time. Thnx in advance bro!

Are u trolling? U can't go from skinny to bulky in A MONTH. what the hell are u talking about. Go lift weights seriously for 5 years and make it a priority, then come back.

@@Paolo-uq3fc Actually I'm 25lbs heavier and I've doubled my deadlift max since posting this question. Leaving comments helps the channel. Even trolling.

From what I understand, and correct me if I'm wrong, the Conjugate Method is controlled, planned out muscle confusion by slight variation differences, and these are all broken into max and dynamic days.

Thanks for the efforts. 🌝 Alright.. but seriously to get through all of that training, you rather have to take some sort of gears/peds or train on pretty low intensity. Otherwise overtraining and some sort of desructive things gonna happen to you 100% sure down the road. And yes i know 100% what i am talking about. If you go game real hard without gears on this kind of volume and intensity and then fighting against juiced up Aws on top too. You will selfdesruct @ some point. Anything else is a BIG lie. No matter who is telling you something else. Overtraining and destruction is a huge subject in Armwrestling on high volume if you are ambitious without gears. Not saying you can get nowhere and can not have fun and achievements but you need to be aware of the truth. The truth is that on top of this game its hardcore juiced up world. Most if not all of the endbosses and top5s are or were on something somewhere without a milisecond of doubt. All you young people and fans reading this, should know this at the first place beside and before considering of any kind of training routine and whatsoever motivation. Have a nice time everybody.💫

I agree 100%. I can only lift weights about 4 times a week (I prefer every other day when the schedule allows) and even then my recovery can be hit or miss especially when training really hard. There's no way I would be able to withstand this much training and still make progress. All the guys who train almost every single day who I've met never seem to make any progress, when I tell them to cut back their training they look at me like I'm crazy. Obviously what Todd does is working for him but I definitely recommend people only strength train at most 5 days a week. I'm sure you could throw a little arm wrestling into the mix and be fine or do a little more arm wrestling and less weight training but you would have to prioritize what is more important to you.
