So it seems Arm Wrestling Strength training is divided into orders of important *1.) Table Time* This is actually arm wrestling other people. *2.) Specific Strengthening of Arm Wrestling Vectors* This is various exercises created to simulate the motion of arm wrestling. *3.) General Arm Strengthening:* This is strengthening every muscle, ligament, bone and tendon in the Arm. - Strict Dumbbell Curl - Strict Barbell Curl - Tricep Pushdown - Overhead Press - Wrist Curl - Farmer’s Carry *4.) General Strength exercises:* These are exercises that will improve your general strength - Bench Press - Deadlift - Squat

Just got into arm wrestling, and got my ass kicked in my first meet with a local club. This series is timed perfectly.👌

Todd missed out one thing and that is shoulder lateral raises. They are very important for the overall shoulder strenght, looks and balance.

@@tolbster. Lateral raises are a must for shoulder development. Without them ur shoulders will look like shit. They don't have a purpose in arm wrestling but they are a must for well developed body.

having a good whole body condition helps build a stronger body faster, and also helps with not being sore. Alot. In the end you want to be able to breath oxygen trough out your body and your arms, while under tension.

How do know the difference between being sore and maybe having injured yourself? My brachialis was in agony for a week after armwrestling last month.

U should be sore 4 to 5 days max. More than that is probably a injury. Day three after practicing is like being in a car crash but u will get used to it.
