It's amazing how simple the rules can be for the results to appear pretty complex.

If my memory holds, and this is an isometric fill, then the ordering of what should be rendered is determined by the prominent angles, in other words if things going up appear to be going closer to the camera than the other angles like left and right, then it will be prioritized, if left is second closest to the camera, then it will be prioritized second.
