The video contradicts the commentary! Commentary says place two white packers at the top corner, but the video shows a the installer placing a black packer at the top side and a white packer at the top.

Word of advice, I wouldn't recommend using a steel putty knife to wedge the frame up off the glass. Toughened units shatter very easily. Use a plastic glazing shovel

You’re absolutely right, and most of the other videos are exactly the same. Basically they advise is take the beating off and straighten up the door. Well, I’d never have guessed!
