Maybe it's me but I don't think the 360 welt heel is ugly. 360 welt is harder to make I feel.

Check out Herring Shoes UK. I believe their H width is the equivalent. And they have great pricing. For an American brand, maybe Alden but not so great pricing.

Whitney does not use a cork sole, so it's lighter. Also it runs a tad wide.
