In number 4 you said turned is a verb but in skill 5 past participle we considered it verb if come before it have or be . what is going on?

Remember that all words that end in "ed" are verbs. Sometimes we have problems because we confuse the past participles that are adjectives with verbs, but for that you have to check if the sentence makes sense or if it meets the rule (be / have + past participle = verb)
