Nice folding technique! I sometimes stuff my burritos so full that I have to convert them to tacos lol. Watching your vid I got the idea to chop up a bunch of veggies as breakfast prep for the week. Thanks for the video!

@@YadhGood I eat mostly vegetarian + plant based food when I’m there. I eat ranch eggs + cheese. There are so many vegetarian options for enchiladas, tacos, sopes, soups, rice , & beans. I’m from the coast of Michoacán so there’s a lot of fruit and vegetables available. I was actually able to make seitan there which I was so excited about. I was also able to find soy curls and soy milk on my last trip. I’ll be there in June, I’ll document what I eat 😉🤗 To answer your question, I normally eat home cooked meals when I’m visiting my hometown 😊

Looks yummy , to seal the burritos well 🌯 use white bread flour or cornflour mixed with water like a paste and rub around
