So I made this yesterday (first try) and it is AMAZING!!!! The flavor is full and rich and the texture is incredible. Will be taking this to the beach house this weekend and will be grilling it with BBQ sauce....I know my non-meat friends AND carnivore friends will be so amazed. Some ingredients i have never heard of, and or are impossible to find in my small town. Please tell me how integral these ingredients are, and if they can be replaced with anything more obtainable. shiitake powder cocoa powder beetroot powder red cooking wine (Easy to find but i would rather not) liquid aminos(This one is a mystery) Can I use my dehydrator instead of the oven?
