In a super hero society where people judge you telling you to be normal or your a freak for not acting a certain why it's not Toga fault her parents ain't give her the help she needed her quirk is associated with blood it majes her happy but her parents made her surpassed that part of herself and it wasn't healthy or helping there daughter is it her fault that she was born with this power but never got the proper help and been rejected ? Her way of loving someone is through drinking blood which make sense giving her quirk so I can't even say it her fault she turned out this way

The only thing she wanted was for someone to understand her. Just as much as she wants to be someone she loves, ironically she also wanted someone to be her. So that they would know what she feels like and symphatize with her. That's why she got mad at Deku. Because Deku said something that is normal to him and she felt like he's pushing that normalcy to her.

Agreed. I wish Deku would've tried a little harder with her. I get the rush to get to the Coffin in the Sky, but still: knowing what Ochaco said to him, I think he could've tried, like I'm sure he will with Shigaraki later.
