It's small, but shows that she is very caring. It's also interesting because her goal is to become a rescue hero, and yet she failed to save someone in her arms. It's an experience that she will carry with her going forward.

This episode really made me appreciate breather episodes like these. And Mirio's outlook on this whole thing, true respect for him for that positivity. Everything he worked for and now he's returned to zero. But he isn't going to let himself down for too long. The differencs between Mirio and Izuku are stark, but their both reaching for similar goals, and how they go about it really shows the experience Mirio has over Izuku. that'a what I think at least.

@@accel4481 Didn't exactly say the best he just said he'll be a great hero. personally don't see him being better than deku considering he's only better in comparison being older and more experienced currently. Even then he did hesitate to save Eri being concerned and regretted it. Not sure if that was the right move in the grand scheme of things showing areas where he's inexperienced as well.

Man mirio is a godamm hero with that attitude. The moment we saw him do bicycles when Izuku walked in honestly made me laugh out loud. I think this slice of life arc is definitely needed right now. Not just with the overhaul arc, but we just witnessed the league of villains attack multiple times, bakugo getting kidnapped, Izuku and the others running after him, and all mights downfall, class 1-A deserve a break from all of that crap. And I also think that this arc might be a big part for Eri's character as well. She's suffered so much in her life that despite everyone saving her physically, she still needs to be saved spiritually and mentally be saved which would be a lot harder. This arc where everyone gets to relax might be the very thing that they need. And although I'm not a big fan of the O.P (more to do with the style of music than the artist themselves) I'm happy that second best girl is finally going to get the spotlight. First best girl is obviously kendou itsuka. Dont @ me lol

I've only been here for minute but Chibi really does a great job on break downs and can empathize and understand characters really quickly. It's not just hype and noise, soo refreshing. Edit: I'd also love a mirio and eri short manga arc or 13 episode series that could represent a detective style/training arc where it could end in a cliffhanger where we don't know whether mirio gets his quirk back or eri controls her quirk that leads into the war arc. Then that could lead into role reversal for when midoriya faces shigaraki in which he's on the cusp of defeat and then out of nowhere Lemillion saves deku. Just a great way to tie everything together, and have the story unaltered by eri only being able to reverse quirk erasure rather than complete heal which she can learn in the future.

Since the next arc is gonna be more chill, the new opening makes sense. Plus the Manga is absolute fire right now. The Endeavour arcs(2), the Villain arc and the current stuff that ties up all the Development from the previous arcs. The future for all the characters is just yooo !!! The Ending song stuff I noticed but that is only gonna play out later on but their story fits the current arc. Nice job by Studio Bones.

It also goes to reason that the guy with, correct me if I'm wrong, essentially two or three years more experience and training as a hero is more resilient to setbacks like this. Which it *is* to him just a setback, as he's also trusting Night Eyes final prediction that he'll still be the greatest hero.

Personally would have waited an episode to show off the new opening. Seeing as the episode started with overhaul screaming in agony with his hands being taken from him. Then the opening plays, and it was just so jarring seeing everyone happy and having fun when the episode is extremely sad. THAT'S why the movie should be TOGATA AND DEKU's infinte 100 percent instead that trash . IT's also suitable for this season too . Manga readers also know that we won't be able to see Mirio in action for long time . IF that's the case, why don't make a movie on him and Deku? I kind of understand that certain fans said that this season lack tension and plus ultra moment . those budget went to animate that trash in movie . There's one thing that really bothers me since the manga chapter that I'm surprised not many people are talking about it, when Mirio said Aizawa told him that maybe one day Eri can bring his Quirk back, it immediately cut to a shot of Mirio crying and Aizawa holding his shoulder with his head down. It's weird Horikoshi will put such a upsetting imagery with a supposely good news, so I always believe he's just lying to Deku, and that shot was actually Aizawa telling him she can't rewind what has already been rewinded.

I feel that its because of the heaviness of the whole situation. If your up to date on the chapters you will know that Aizawa is really a marshmellow when it comes to his students and his being upset for mirio's sake is understandable especially given that he saw him grow as a hero just to see him get his quirk erased.
