I'm confused. Sakura said that she was a human who was bound to tsukasa for the same reason that nene is bound to hanako, but tsukasa can only grant wishes for the dead or other spirits as we saw he did for Mitsuba. Does that mean she is lying about being a human? Also they said one of the seven mysteries is spreading the rumors, but in the manga we already have met all 7 mysteries.

I think Hanako just thought it was one of the Seven Mysteries, when he assumed that he didn't know that Tsukasa was in the school spreading rumors with Sakura. I think that Hanako already found out that it was Tsukasa spreading rumors when Mitsuba was turned into the "Bent-Neck Boy". These are just what I think, I hope it helped you :)))

Btw, if anyone is looking for characters similar to Tsukasa or Hanako (mostlt Tsukasa tho), Kumagawa Misogi (from Medaka Box) not only is twisted, but also has the same voice actor using practically the same way of speaking for both. He sadly only appears in the last 2 episodes of the second season of the anime. But if you have time, I'd highly recommend you read the manga. Its amazing.
