This video was created just after completing my Flushable Wipes video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZqkhJmJbsqmjLc - Please look at the first TWO SECONDS of that video to understand the context. As I was taking apart the setup, I thought, "Let's see what happens at the sanitary tee when I flush the toilet." I removed the 5-foot stub of vent pipe that was rising up from the tee. I thought it was amazing to see the amount of turbulence when the water came rushing towards the back of the tee. This is very valuable knowledge for those non-plumbers who use a tee in a flat situation instead of a required wye fitting. The wye fitting forces the waste downstream. When the waste hits a tee, it can go upstream as you see in this video.

What was the fix

There is no fix. This is what happens in your pipes when you flush a toilet. Chaos and mayhem.

The fix is to finish the plumbing. :)

I know that I'm a plumber I thought you were going to do something about it

I never saw water splash out the top of a sanitary tee before. Would the vent connection on a low heel vent 90 Installed vertically clog faster than a full size 3" vent.
