Toji Fushiguro, born Toji Zenin is a recurring character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He was a former member of the Zenin clan and the infamous assassin known as the Sorcerer Killer, contracted by the Time Vessel Association among other groups throughout his time as a non-curse user. He was also the father of Megumi Fushiguro and former enemy of Satoru Gojo. While working for the Star Religious Group, Toji serves as the primary antagonist of the Gojo's Past Arc. Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. It has been serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 2018, with its chapters collected and published in 21 tankōbon volumes as of December 2022. The story follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel to Akutami's Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha's Jump GIGA from April to July 2017, later collected in a tankōbon volume, retroactively titled as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018. 2:23 Hakari never dodged lightning. Kashimo's lightning goes where there's the most electric charges opposite to those in his own body. So it's a guaranteed hit considering how a lightning return strike is guided by those same electric charges that create a difference in electrical potential. Even the narrator himself says it's the only guaranteed hit technique that doesn't need a domain expansion. So if it hit his arm it means it was always going to hit his arm. Think of it as a lightning rod if you want. The lightning being in front of his face when seen from the side is just perspective being used for dramatic effect. If you don't trust the narrator, the fact that Hakari can't dodge it is pretty much confirmed when Kashimo uses the technique a second time, this time specifically at Hakari's head, and it successfully lands. The only time Hakari could actually have dodged it physically was (the third time) when Kashimo created a lightning between himself and his sword while Hakari was in the middle. And yet he was still unable to dodge neither the lightning step leader nor the lightning return stroke. It looked instantaneous from his point of view. Naobito, the second fastest sorcerer ever, could only make 24 movements in a second. Even if he travels 10 meters at every move, he would still only be going at 240 m/s. Piercing blood blitzes most people and it only goes at the speed of sound (343 m/s), same for cursed womb Naoya. And then cursed spirit Naoya goes Mach 3 (1029 m/s) and blitzes pretty much everyone apart from Maki after she awakened her senses. And to address the bullet statement : 1) we can only speculate as to how the handled the bullet in between those two panels (Did she already have her hand ready to strike? Did she need to back away in order to have the time to grab it? Did she just blitz the bullet?) 2) The other said it was a bit much for her to catch this bullet. 3) We don't know if the bullet was identical to a real-life bullet considering it was a curse energy creation. 4) Due to it's very inprecise and interpretative nature, pixel measurement is only to be used when we don't have anything to go off of (except here we have speeds stated multiple times). Toji is Mach 3, maybe a little faster but that's all.

1. Kashimo amied it at hakaris head and Hakari made it so it hit his arm rather then his head so yes, he did Dodge and react to it. Also, there’s literally no basis for it to just be a perspective change. There’s nothing that indicates that it’s just for dramatic affect. No, we don’t just have to speculate we literally see the position of her hands. We’re literally at her sides, and then she raises her hand as the bullet is right in front of her face, and she grabs it. And also those bullets are not made of cursed energy there, amplify by cursed energy and increased by the speed of cursed energy. We don’t know by how much but at the very low wish we could assume that it’s the same speed as a normal bullet.. so no toji isn’t Mach 3+ And to future prove a consistency as to how not we see characters like Mahito able to land a black flash at one trillionth of a second on itadori this same itadori. This same Mahito is able to go above that speed in his true form as he awakens 200% of his potential in isb, and Toji drastically scales way above that. And when maki was hit by naoya she was off guard and couldn’t see him as he was a curse and she literally says when she is awake, and she can finally see him

Considering how it's a sure-hit, Hakari dodging it is literal head cannon. It would be like Hakari dodging Sukuna's attacks while in his domain. If it hit his arm it means that's were negative electrical charges had built up, which means it was always going to strike there. No matter how much Hakari moves around, and how fast he is, Kashimo's lightning would be attracted by the negative electrical charges that had built up somewhere in his body the exact same way that an electromagnet of positive charge would be attracted by an electromagnet of negative charge. That's how the electromagnetic force works. Also, don't you think Kashimo would have been shocked to see the first person ever to dodge his sure-hit attack? Even Sukuna couldn't dodge it, which is why he had to use his trump card that consisted in healing his entire body by _“Resuming his transformation through means of incarnation”._ The only time Hakari could have dodged it was when Kashimo aimed his lightning at his blade while Hakari was in between them. But even then he still couldn't dodge.

Denji even in the beginning of the story was able to react to Sonic booms which are around Mach1.12-5 which is supersonic and Denji was able to react and block this attack getting him to Supersonic+ and Katana man was able to perception blitz a stronger version of Denji getting him to Hypersonic. And Quanxi should upscale from every hybrid, being pretty obvious that she’s the fastest and the most powerful in hand to hand combat. Getting her to High-Hypersonic which is Mach10-25. And that’s a Lowball. A Highball should be Massively Hypersonic for pretty much every hybrid that we know of. Because they should upscale from Beams Mach183. Also the Gun Devil is a different story. Being able to blitz 1.2mil people in a span of 5mins. Not to mention that he hit and destroyed cities across nations worldwide. One of which being Hawaii which has an area of 10,931 mi² which he blitzed in 0.4 secs. And blitzing a large portion of Japans population in a few secs, targeting people within a specific age or specific month that they were born. And can shoot bullets which can travel 500kilometers in 1 sec (3:18:25) Gun Devil shoots at Makima (3:18:26) bullets reach Makima. These feats get it to around Mach1,483 which is Massively Hypersonic+ and it’s stated in that 1 sec that Makima was activating her ability. Meaning she can respond to MHS+ level attacks. And MHS+ is Mach1,000+ btw. We also have Pochita reacting to Light beam attacks from Makima, she utilized this Light beam by controlling the Angel Devil, and with its abilities she used up 1,000years of lifespan to create a extremely powerful weapon which was depicted as a light beam. And Pochita intercepted this attack, meaning he’d have to be moving at 186,282.397 miles per second, getting him to FTL in his base. And Makima with her “bangs” was able to blitz the same Pochita 4x and ragdolled him into outer-space. Getting her bangs to FTL+ which is Mach 8.74e+6 - 8.74e+7. And Makima states that the fight was un-winnable. And Pochita was able to 4v1 the 4horsemen of the apocalypse at once (including the weapon devils) one of the horsemen being “Death” which was stated to be the “strongest” by Nayuta. Meaning Pochita was SEVERELY holding back against Makima, so a hypothetical Full power Pochita is Mach 8.74e+7 - 8.74e+8 which is MFTL. And the primal fears like Darkness, Falling etc upscale from the entire verse getting them to MFTL+ which starts from 1000x Speed of Light up to infinity.

And all that does it upscale a peak Pochita. And blitzing Pochita 4x should also scale to her movement speed. Because she had to point her finger and THEN activate her bang, meaning she had to move and activate the ability before Pochita can block or evade.

He literally threw Kobeni aside, attempted to defend, and took the spear directly in the belly. Additionally, emitting light doesn't necessarily mean the object is moving at the speed of light. Are you going to tell me that the blasters in Star Wars are moving at the speed of light 💀? And no, Makima didn't move a centimeter of her finger. Makima had the vision and precision to see the Gun devil 500 km away. In the panel where she shoots Chainsaw Man four times, it just change the angles (a slightly more plausible alternative: She shot four times in quick succession at Chainsaw Devil, and the force of her bangs quickly send him into the stratosphere)

But after her awakening .... She gained speed of mach 3 and she was compared to toji, so toji will be of mach 3 speed (supersonic). But quanxi was able to cross multiple buildings while decapitating many puppets and devil hunters in like one second. She reaches her destination while the devil hunters didn't even know that their heads had been cut off ( you can check CHP 70 of CSM ) and that makes her massively hypersonic. And with that quanxi (in her human form) would be similarly durable as toji as both of them are superhuman. So if toji were to fight quanxi ...... I think quanxi will win

Much like how Denji killed Aki when the piece of the gun devil possessed him, guns still existed and there was no change in the world. There was no specific gun that was erased and on top of that pieces of devils still share the concept of the main devil. It wasn't like the piece of the Gun devil turned into the "AK47 devil", it still remained the gun devil so it couldn't have been a piece of the war devil or WWII wouldn't have been erased.
