TRANSCRIPT, PART 1 Georg: I'm not even sure if Gustav is coming as well. Hello, everyone. Let's see. Sorry, guys. I'm trying to get the rest of the boys. It's going to take some time but Bill is around the corner and will join us in a second. I'm trying to figure it out. "Co-Host"… "Friends"… Let's see if Bill's there. No, he's not. Hmm. By the way, did you guys saw that we are almost at 200,000 followers… Bill: That was so easy. There's just this "Co-Host" button and I just clicked on it. G: Perfect. B: Good morning! G: How are you? B: I am still a little tired. It's ten-thirty. I got up at 9, but I didn't have the best night. I was watching _Stranger Things_ for so long and I couldn't stop. G: Oh, so you haven't watched the first episodes, or just the two last ones? B: I'm watching the two last ones. Have you seen all of it? G: I've seen all of it. B: Already?! G: Yes. B: The last episode is so long. It's like, what, two hours? G: It feels like three hours, yeah. B: Yeah. Oh my God, I fell asleep, but it took me a while because I was so into it, and then I couldn't- I mean, it's scary. I feel like this whole season is just so scary. It gets you some nightmares, but it's so good. I love it. G: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, I loved it too. B: Hello, everybody! G: Do you know if Gustav is coming? B: Is he coming? I have no idea. Did you text him? G: I haven't seen him online, so… I mean, he's in the group chat, so he knows, right? B: Yeah. Can we even add him, or no? G: I'm not sure how that works with co-hosting. B: I don't know if we can like, get- G: It doesn't look like- There's a Match button. I don't know what that means, but. B: I don't know what that means either. Well, we're gonna wait a little bit. Good morning, everybody, wherever you are, hello. It's Fourth of July today here, so there's gonna be some- G: Oh, wow! B: Mhm. There's gonna be some nice parties, but I don't know. I still have some work to do because everybody in Germany is up, so. G: Yeah. How was your weekend? B: It was good, nothing special. I'm watching over the dogs because Tom is already on vacation, so I'm taking care of three dogs. I feel like, you know, a dog mom. But, yeah, it's fun, everything's good. They've been a little sick, so it's been a little hectic. G: This background looks so cool. It looks like you bought it. It looks like, almost, you know, like a green screen. B: Oh, it does? I'm sitting right in front of the window, too. It's better lighting. How was your weekend? G: My weekend… Oh, Jesus, what happened? I went to a museum. We have this little museum group on WhatsApp where we meet on random Sundays and go to any museum to just do something cultural. B: Oh my God, who's in that group? That sounds so boring. G: But it's fun because nobody of us really cares about museums and we're walking through there and then, yeah, sometimes we do- B: Just do something for my intellect instead of just watching TV. G: Yeah, and then we go and eat some cake and drink some Aperol Spritz after that, so it's more about the thing afterwards. B: I love that. Well, Gustav had a very special visit today in Magdeburg, and I can't tell everyone who came but it's part of a big project that I'm working on and it's so exciting. They sent me photos how they're sitting, everyone's sitting in his backyard on his porch, they're having drinks. They sent me so many pictures today. I'm so excited about this. I can't wait to tell everyone, it's so exciting. Did you watch _Böhmi_ - oh, by the way, we are coming live because we want to celebrate with you guys a little bit that we have so many followers on TikTok. If you didn't follow the Tokio Hotel account yet, I think we're only 4,000 people away from 200,000 followers, which is amazing. G: Yes. B: Thank you so much for following. We have so much fun with TikTok, and thank you so much for engaging. We have 3 million likes. That's more than on my account, which I don't think is OK, but, I mean, you know. *_*Georg laughs*_* B: I have a huge sh!tstorm, first sh!tstorm ever on TikTok. G: What have you done? B: My last post, if you haven't seen it yet, it has more than 2 million views already. It's a part of _Böhmi Brutzelt._ *[editor's note: the TV show that Bill and Tom were on recently]* and people are freaking out. They're like, "Oh my God, see, this is what money does to people. He doesn't even cook anymore. He orders three times a day. That's so embarrassing. That's so disgusting." Everyone is losing their sh!t. I mean, I find it funny, but everyone's like, "Oh my God, how can you? That is so embarrassing." G: I feel like most of the people living in L.A. are ordering three times a day because it's no grocery stores there, and if you want to buy something fresh, you have to drive for three hours, and once you're back in your house… B: People just want to complain. And now they've found something and it's, like, spiraling. It's so crazy. It's like, what the f--k is going on? G: I loved your comment about curly fries. Especially with your hair- B: With my hair! Böhmi's like, "He looks like a curly fries." *_*They both laugh*_* G: That's so funny. Actually, I saw some memes on our Discord. People were starting to do memes. They posted real curly fries on your head, and then made it- B: Oh my God, that's- G: It's super funny. *_*Sunglasses (a Virtual TikTok Gift) appear on Georg's face*_* B: I love these little, um… I love these little gimmicks always. I want, like, a nice crown or something. Is there something like this? Like, a nice crown? G: Mhm. B: ANYWAY, we can answer some of your questions. If you want to know anything, just put it in the comments and we're gonna… *_*Bill reads a comment in German about the twins cooking duck on the Böhmi Brutzelt TV show*_* B: Thank you. Tom and I- I mean, Tom kind of made the duck before. He was trying before. He was practicing a little bit for Christmas. But then, yeah, it was my first time actually helping in the kitchen and doing something, and I think it worked out pretty good. It looked so yummy. Did you watch it? G: _Böhmi Brutzelt?_ No, I didn't watch it. I watched some trailers, but… B: With the _Ente_ *[editor's note: "duck" in German]* and stuff? It looked pretty good. I was pretty impressed with ourselves. G: I mean, the picture of the _Ente..._ to be honest, I would think it could've been a little more crispy. B: But it was yummy. It was really yummy. G: Yeah. I'll never find out because I don't eat that, but yeah. B: But, I mean, you used to love it so much back in the day. G: That's true. But it's so long ago, I can't even remember the taste, to be honest. B: REALLY? Oh, you should try it. Like, once. Why not? Just one bite. G: I'm so far in. Why should I go back? I mean, I miss the feeling, or the memory, basically, but not the thing. You know? B: I feel like if you just have one bite, or you can have one meal a year to just celebrate food, and it's just gonna be an explosion in your mouth, you know? It's just, like, so yummy. G: I know, but I feel like it's the same thing as when you stop smoking. Once you stop, you should never try again. B: I mean, I don't want to convince you. I think it's great if you're a vegetarian. I think that's so good. I've done it for more than ten years. I started to eat meat again, which I'm not proud of, but I'm always taking care. It's the best meat you can get. *_*A baseball cap appears on Bill's head*_* B: Oh, that's not a crown, but I'll take it. *_*Georg laughs*_* B: Um, yeah, let's answer… *_*Bill reads a comment in German asking if he is in Germany right now*_* B: No, I'm not in Germany. I'm in Los Angeles. I'm back in L.A., I'm working on the album, finishing up some stuff and working a little more because Tom is already on vacation. And then I'm gonna join him and we go on vacation together for two weeks and I can't wait. You're going a little sooner, right, Georg? You're going on vacation too? G: Yeah. I'm going on Thursday, yeah. But only a week. So I'll be back on the 18th. B: Well, at least you're going a week. I'm so excited to take some time off. I can't wait. G: Mhm, yeah, that's true. That's true. "Will there be a box for the album?" Actually, Bill and I will have a call right after this live stream to discuss the final things for the box, and you guys can be really really excited about everything in there because it's- I mean, we always do great boxes, but I feel like this one will be really special. B: It's going to be so cool, and I can tell you guys, the album cover… We just handed the album cover to our record company and it's so good. This is probably my favorite album cover we've ever done. I mean, you always say that because you love the latest work you did, but I think it's just so cool and this is just gonna be so iconic. This is such a good cover. So, yeah. And the box is gonna look so sick, too. Yeah, we're gonna talk about it right after this live chat. *_*Bill explains in German that he and Georg are speaking English because they want people who don't speak German to understand them*_* *_*Georg reads a comment in German and explains in German that there will not be a Discord after-party following the live stream because he and Bill have a meeting*_* B: People find it funny when we talk in English. G: Sorry. It's like an educational live stream. You're gonna learn some English. Probably better learn from Bill than from me, but, yeah. So many people are commenting "Thomas Gottschalk." B: On my hair? G: I mean, basically on your look, I think. Also, the jacket is a Tommy look, a little. B: This is a onesie. I have the matching pants. G: Wow. B: Cute, right? G: …Cute.

TRANSCRIPT, PART 2: B: "Hello from France. You look good." Thank you guys. G: Bill, don't you want to spoil something? I have three or four ideas what to spoil. B: I mean, I can spoil that the album box has a completely different look than the album itself, right? I can give that away. G: You can give that away, that's true. B: What else can I give away? Um… G: Maybe when the preorder starts. Not the date, but maybe the month. B: So, the preorder is going to happen this month, in July. G: Boom. B: And can we actually tell when our feature is coming out? Yeah, right? G: No, we are not allowed to tell them. B: The date? Hm, interesting. G: But I already said that it's gonna be this month and it's in about, like… yeah. It's sooner than you think. *_*Bill laughs*_* B: It's in a few days. G: Yeah. B: I have to get my nails done. They look so bad. G: "Guten Tag auf Seattle." See, we are talking English for you, then. B: And, guys, you have to get your- I don't know if some people don't have their tour ticket yet. We are so excited. We are already working on new ideas for the tour. I mean, it's pretty much done, but I already have so many ideas for the set list and stuff. So, there are two things today. Follow the Tokio Hotel account if you didn't follow yet. We would love to get the missing 4,000 people to reach 200,000 followers. It would be amazing. So, yeah, maybe do that, and then also check out if we maybe come close to your city and join us live in May next year. G: Jesus. It's so far but also so close. B: It's gonna happen. Like, it's gonna be there in a second, you know? I feel like time flies. Somebody was asking "Is that gonna happen?" I'm like, yeah, for sure. This time it's gonna happen for sure. We're so done with pushing the dates and we're just gonna do it, and I can't wait. This is gonna be so good. G: Yeah. It's going to be a great tour. B: "Is the fan box…?" We just talked about it, and it's gonna be limited so you gotta be fast. And the presale for the album box is gonna happen this month. In a few days. G: "Will the album be available on Amazon?" I think it will be available on Amazon, but it depends on the country you live in. So, just check out our newsletter. If you're not on our newsletter, just register there and find the link. It brings you wherever you can buy the album or the box in your country. B: Some people say "I love the podcast." Thank you so much. Tom and I are so happy we got the Newcomer- G: Congratulations, by the way, again, to your newcomer prize. Well deserved. B: Thank you. And, yeah, actually, after we have the meeting, I'm gonna listen to the newest episode that Tom and I recorded before it goes live tomorrow. Tomorrow night. The podcast always comes out Tuesday, midnight. *_*A cowboy hat and mustache appear on Bill*_* B: Oh my God. G: Whoa. See? Now we are talking. B: I love this one. G: That's the new look, maybe. What is your favorite- B: Hi, Ellis. G: Sorry. What is your favorite _Stranger Things_ season? B: I mean, I gotta say that I love the first season because I think the kids are just so cute and I love when they're so young, and they're just… It's just special because it's the first time you see them, and I think the cinematography and the hair and makeup and everything just looks so good. And I think they did such a fantastic job on all the costumes and the houses and everything you see. So, I think that first season, when it just draws you into that world, I think it's just the most exciting. And they are just so cute, and their- *_*Bill's audio stops working*_* G: I can't hear you anymore. Anyone else? Hello? Can you guys hear him? No. B: Can you hear me again? G: Yeah. B: What happened? G: I have no idea. B: I think somebody called me. Until when did you hear me? G: Uh… long enough. B: Anyway, I love the first season. G: Yeah. It's like with most series, right? B: Somebody's like "Bill, I want to see the swan." Um, yeah, I feel like a lot of people want to see my house because I talk so much about it in the podcast, and I'm renovating right now, but, yeah, I think there's gonna be- I'm gonna do a photo shoot for a big magazine when it's all done, so then you guys can maybe see the swan. Janine, hi. G: Hey, UK. Hello, Shila. Wow. Super international today, huh? You guys come from everywhere. That's cute. B: I miss Switzerland too, by the way. Somebody was asking. *_*Bill reads a comment in German asking about the tour*_* B: Yes, the tour is gonna happen. So, you guys… *_*A cowboy hat and mustache appear on Bill*_* B: You guys get your ticket on tokiohotel dot com and check out if we're gonna come to your city, and we can't wait. This is gonna be a really cool tour, and I think it's- G: With the hat and the mustache, you look a little like the guy from _Toy Story._ B: Yeah. What's his name? Woody. G: Woody. B: Oh my God, I can't wait for the new Buzz Lightyear movie. G: Oh! See? B: Somebody was asking if we're gonna play old songs. Yes, we will. We're gonna play a lot of old songs, actually. So, the tour and I think also the- I mean, the album is celebrating more than 20 years of Tokio Hotel, so I feel like we're going back to our roots with the instruments and all that stuff, and with kind of like old-school rock, and play around with that a little bit, like we did with HIM. And then, yeah, I think in the tour, we're just gonna have to celebrate the past 20 years and bring back some songs that maybe we haven't played in forever. And, of course, some of the classics, and then some of the new stuff. So, yeah, it's gonna be a very mixed show. G: I'm already getting a little nervous, to be honest. B: I know. G: It's been a while, right? B: It's been a while, I know. It's been a while. It's been so long. *_*They talk over each other*_* G: I've seen Billie Eilish last week and she is f--ing amazing. I mean, I really liked her before that, but she is an entertainer. I mean, she rocked the stage so cool. I mean, great production. Like, I didn't even know she had that many songs. I mean, she- I don't know how many songs she played. It was crazy, really. B: But, like, songs that you would know, or songs that are more from the album? G: I mean, no, obviously she played all her hits that you know, but also so many album tracks. She only has two albums and she played, like… it felt like 40 songs or more. Crazy. Also some short versions, medleys and stuff. It was a great production. B: I love her production, yeah. Did you see Aron? *[editor's note: The guitarist, music producer/director, and songwriter Aron Forbes worked with Tokio Hotel in the past; he traveled with them on the Feel It All tour]* G: No, he's not there, right? B: I mean, he is, yeah. Usually he is. On Coachella, he was onstage with her, yeah. G: Really? I think he wasn't there. It was her brother with her this time. B: Only her brother? Didn't she have a bigger band? G: No, no. It's a drummer and one other musician. B: Oh, OK. Because at Coachella, Aron was playing guitar as well. So, he was playing additional guitar and additional production, and I saw him at Coachella and we were talking a little bit. G: Cool. We need to bring Aron back to a nice tour in Europe. It was fun. B: I know. It was so fun, I know. What was the question? Oh my God, I want to go back. Somebody's asking if we're gonna collaborate with another artist. Yes, we are, and the song is coming out this month. We can't tell you when, but it's gonna happen very soon, and I'm excited for it. We shot a very cool video. G: I'm super jelly I'm not part of this because I had been sick with coroni-maroni. B: Mhm. Somebody's asking where Tom is. Tom is on vacation already so I'm taking over for him so he can relax a little bit and get rid of his headaches. He had some health issues recently, so he's just relaxing and trying to get better. But don't you worry, he's fine.

TRANSCRIPT, PART 3: G: Bill, someone is asking… *_*Georg reads a comment in German asking when Bill's OnlyFans account is coming*_* B: OK, yeah. So, I think I'm just gonna do it. *_*Georg laughs*_* B: Like, I wanna try, you know? G: Can I get a free access? Or maybe I don't want it. B: Because we talked so much about it on the podcast and I feel like I just want to see. I want to see how many people are gonna sign up. I want to see how much money I can make with it. There are so many people that have become millionaires in literally less than 24 hours. So I want to see. They usually say that 10% of the followers you have on Instagram are signing up for your OnlyFans, so that would be a lot of f--ing money. So, yeah. I'm maybe gonna try it and see if it works. G: Wow. Yeah, go ahead. B: I mean, it's up to me what kind of content. It's just gonna be very… I don't know what it's gonna be like. You guys have to sign up and see. G: I'm pretty sure it's gonna be juicy, though. B: I mean, it's up to you what you actually post there, you know? G: Yeah, but you also want to entertain people, right? Of course they're going to sign up for the first month, but… B: It needs to be exclusive. But trust me, I have a lot of exclusive photos on my phone that I could show there. *_*Georg laughs*_* B: I feel like it will be a very cool little adventure, you know? I feel like I just have to do it. I just have to download the app, look at it, and then just try it. G: Yeah. I'm still not sure if it's a good idea, but. B: "Any USA shows soon?" I would love to. I'm thinking about our last America tour so much. And we played a show two and a half years ago in L.A., and I think it was our only U.S. show in forever, so I would love to. I would love to. I think the America tour we did was so much fun. It was one of the best. Everyone's like, "Show the dogs." I have the phone on this little thing and it's sitting here, I can't really move it. But the dogs are literally down by my feet. Capper is sleeping, Stitch is sleeping. G: Cute boys. B: "Georg, will you have long hair again?" I would love that. Tom and I are trying to convince him, and I think it would be so cool. Then we would all have long hair. G: But it takes so long. B: Like back in the day. G: No. I would never do like back in the day again because it was as long as- it went down to here. B: Maybe a little shorter, like in the beginning. Just a little layer. I would love that. G: But I feel like this takes at least a year to have them like, here or something. B: Yeah. G: It takes so long. And it looks bad in the meantime. B: We could get you a nice wig. *_*Georg laughs*_* G: Oh, by the way, somebody asked-and I really want to know the answer to that question-why don't you do a _Dauerwelle_ ? *[editor's note: "perm" in German]* Then you don't have to curl them every day. B: I think I should do that, yeah. I think I should do that. It's so '80s. I would love it. G: And you would save so much time. I mean, it takes hours. B: I know. I kind of want to do it. G: Go back to Magdeburg and do a nice little _Dauerwelle_ in Stadtfeld. B: I don't know, I feel like a lot of people do it in L.A. I don't think I have to go to Magdeburg. G: But the good _Dauerwelle_ are only in- B: Actually, I want to play a show in Magdeburg. G: I know. B: I want to play a big show and I feel like you guys would all come to that. It would be like a homecoming concert. G: Yeah. It's on my list. I'm going to make it work at some point. B: "Why do you live in L.A.?" Well, I love it here. It's nice. *_*Bill reads a comment in German asking him to come to Frankfurt*_* B: I was just in Frankfurt, and my experience I had in this city, you can listen to in the next podcast. *_*Georg laughs*_* B: Oh my God, I had a crazy time with Georg. It was so funny. "New York is better?" I love New York too. "How's Gustav doing?" Good question. I thought he would be coming here because we texted before, but he had some visitors today and I can't tell you guys who it was but he was part of a nice project that I'm working on. *_*Bill reads a comment in German asking about his favorite restaurant*_* B: What is my favorite restaurant in L.A.? I would say Nobu. I went to Nobu yesterday. It's so beautiful. They have the best espresso martinis. They have the best sushi. It's right by the water. G: Is Nobu the thing where he's doing the… B: No. No, no, no. It's one of the best sushi restaurants, and it's right- you've never been? Next time you come, we have to go. It's so pretty. I usually go every Sunday. It's in Malibu. It's so nice. G: Great. "Who is your favorite character in _Stranger Things?"_ It's Dustin. My favorite character is Dustin. B: Let me think. In the new season, I kind of like Steve. I think he's cool. He's cute, and I think his character development is very good. I think he changed so nicely over the seasons. Obviously, I love Eleven for her superpowers she has, but Dustin is cute, yeah. Those are my three favorites. You know, Nancy is so annoying to me. That girl, she wasn't annoying in the beginning, but she gets worse from season- oh, and I love Billy, of course. I mean, his hair was amazing, his style was amazing, I love how evil he was. I mean, he was my favorite by far. I'm so sad he's not part of- I mean, he was a little bit. But he was my favorite. G: Yeah. B: All right, you guys, let's do one more question, and then we gotta run. *_*Georg reads a comment in German and explains in German that the band will be in Berlin after their vacations*_* B: Yeah, we're gonna be in Berlin on- OH, I LOVE HOPPER. Oh my God, yes. I love Hopper. OK, actually, I have to go again. So, Hopper is maybe my favorite. I like Hopper and I like Billy. These are my two favorites, yeah. Yeah, we're gonna be back in Berlin. Obviously we're gonna be there for our album release and we're gonna be there for our next single. We have so much more music coming out this year, and we're gonna do some promotion. I'm gonna be at the Paris Fashion Week in September. There's a lot of stuff happening, and I'm going on vacation before all this is happening and get some rest. And then the rest of the year is gonna be super busy. Thank you all for hanging out, and follow Tokio Hotel. We want to get 200,000 followers, so spread the word. G: Yes, guys. B: I think we only need 4,000 more. But thank you so much for hanging out, and thank you for the questions, and we're gonna do this again pretty soon. G: Yes. B: Bye, Georg, I'll see you in a second. Bye, guys. G: Happy Monday. Happy week. Bye bye.
