I only know for the US, which says “Currently, tourists with U.S. passports do not need visas for short-term visits (up to three months).” I didn’t need a visa to visit, just a passport

Hi! No reservations, just buy your tickets in advance on Tokyo Disney’s site and pick the days you’re going

What time would you log on to start booking dining reservations for USA time? I know it's 30 days in advance but what time would you start waiting "in line" online?

The site says dining goes up at 10am JST one month before for the parks. And 10am JST three months before for the hotel restaurants. I would convert that to your time zone with Google and see.

When you say get there an hour early to the parks, is this also recommended if you have the 15 minute early entry?

There are a lot of hotel guests who may show up for Happy Entry. If you want to be ahead of the pack, I recommend showing up early for that, too
